Restorative yoga is a cooling practice, offering a passive stretch for your body by holding yoga shapes for longer periods of time. Yoga props are used to ease and support your body for full relaxation. In addition to the physical restorative practice, Yoga Nidra (a deep guided meditation) offers rest for your body, mind, and soul.
