Restorative yoga is a quiet and purposeful practice that welcomes the body into long held postures that are supportive, comforting, and restful. The conditions created by the practice help the body connect with its natural system of healing – the relaxation response. In the relaxation response the body can experience healing and restoration from the accumulation of life’s stressors.
