Take a deep breath and relax !
Come join guest teacher Denise Dauphine, to acquire the simple skills of using your breath to ease stress and anxiety, to obtain better sleep and overall good health !

Learn how controlling the breath can balance your nervous system, bring more oxygen into your lungs and make you feel rested, rejuvenated and so alive !

We will start with short meditation, a brief talk on Prana and benefits of breathwork (Pranayama) practice, before diving into different breathing techniques and ending with Yoga Nidra.

This class is for everyone.
