Learn how controlling the breath can balance your nervous system, bring more oxygen into your lungs and make you feel rested, rejuvenated and so alive !
We will start with short meditation, a brief talk on Prana and benefits of breathwork (Pranayama) practice, before diving into different breathing techniques and ending with Yoga Nidra.
