KundaliniKundalini yoga is an uplifting, energizing and transformative type of yoga that is practiced to produce full body awareness and purification. The primary aim of Kundalini yoga is to awaken the kundalini energy, which lies coiled, serpent-like, at the base of the spine. In Kundalini yoga, practitioners use breathing exercises, physical postures, chanting and meditation to unlock this energy.

Yin Yoga- Suitable for all levels.  Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more attention.

Yoga Nidra-The practice and art of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.

Yoga 101- This is our 6 Week Beginners Series. This class requires pre-registration. To learn more please visit our Events Page.

Flow and Release- This all levels class will begin with a vinyasa flow to warm up, stretch and strengthen the muscles. The second half of class will target specific muscle groups using myofascial release to loosen areas of tension. We will use tennis balls and blocks to dig deep into muscles and fascia and encourage our bodies to let go of built up stress and tightness.

Slow Flow and Restore-  This class is open and accessible for all levels. Through a combination of longer held restorative yoga postures and a slow vinyasa flow uniting breath and movement, we will explore finding space in the body, breath, and mind. Restorative poses are longer held poses utilizing lots of props to hold the body so that you can relax into a space of holding yourself. This class is a wonderful way to take time and slow the pace of your day.
