Kefi: A Greek Island Yoga Retreat

“Kefi” is a word known to Greeks that means bliss, joy and passion. It’s a way of life that includes being present, living each day to the fullest, reveling in community and allowing yourself time to rest. The spirit and meaning of Kefi are the inspiration for this retreat.
We invite you to join us in paradise, as we immerse each day in the elements of the incredible Greek Island of Amorgos. This special retreat has been designed to both ignite your passion and zest for life, as well as nourish your soul at the deepest levels. This combination of Yin and Yang will create the ideal opportunity for rejuvenation, inspiration and the essence of “Kefi”.
Each morning will begin with a class to ignite your inner spark! These will be more active and Flow-based, but accessible to all levels. In the evenings, we will end each day with a nourishing practice of Yin, Restorative or Yoga Nidra.
In between our morning and evening Yoga sessions, we will fill our days with things that bring us joy. Choose between sun and sea, adventure, delicious cuisine, exploring, experiencing the culture, or a good book. All while just “being” and soaking in the elements of island life. Fill your days as you please, there is a lot to discover and enjoy! Optional excursions include visiting local monasteries, hiking ,cooking classes, wine tastings and more!
