Where The Sea Meets The Soul

A Yoga Retreat in Sicily

May 1st–7th, 2027

There are places in the world that invite you to slow down the moment you arrive. Sicily is one of them.Sunlight spills across ancient stone streets. The scent of citrus and sea air lingers in the breeze. Long meals stretch into golden evenings beneath open skies. Life here moves differently. More slowly, more intentionally, more soulfully.

Join us for a deeply nourishing week in the breathtaking Baroque region of Italy, where the sea, countryside, history, and culture come together in a way that feels both grounding and alive.

Our Home

Our home for the week is Roccaseta, a stunning farmhouse nestled into the hills of Scicli. Roccaseta embraces the countryside, where the gaze meets the blue of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, carob trees and prickly pears and is imbued with the scents of the Mediterranean. The large terrace overlooking the sea is its beating heart. There you meet in the morning for breakfast full of local delicacies. There, in the late afternoon in the soft light of the sunset, you can relax lulled by the light breeze coming from the sea.

The main residence, clad in soft local stone, expresses an ancient beauty and tells of its bond with this land. The rooms, all different and full of charm and atmosphere, each have a patio or garden. The rooms, in a harmony between rural and refined, combine Mediterranean tradition and modern design. Here in Roccaseta everything leads back to a past time that can be savored through the details, atmospheres, scents and flavors of tradition.

The Magic of Travel & Yoga

Each morning will begin with an energizing yoga practice designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you to yourself. As the days unfold, we’ll immerse ourselves in the magic of Sicily—exploring ancient Baroque cities, wandering charming seaside streets, visiting beautiful castles, tasting exceptional wines, and savoring unforgettable meals crafted from the rich flavors of the land and sea.

We’ll spend time exploring the enchanting city of Syracuse and the historic island of Ortigia, where narrow alleyways, vibrant piazzas, and shimmering waterfronts invite you to get wonderfully lost.

Evenings will offer a chance to soften and unwind through restorative yoga practices, shared dinners beneath the Sicilian sky, or meaningful cultural experiences that deepen our connection to this extraordinary place.
