In this mini retreat, you will experience self-compassion through community connection, gentle movement, meditation, and creative personal reflection. Rooted in Buddhist psychology, self-compassion is the practice of actively caring for yourself—offering yourself the same tenderness, kindness, and understanding that you naturally extend to others.
Bring a yoga mat, journal, writing utensil, and anything else you need to help yourself feel comfortable, soothed, and safe. Herbal tea from Misty Meadows will be served.
