Join us in the beautiful Occitanie region of southern France! Nestled between the Pyrenees mountains and the mediterranean sea, Occitanie is one of Frances most beautiful regions. Dotted with castles, it is a land of traditions, where its people like to take their time and enjoy the small pleasures of life. This retreat is an opportunity to step away from daily tasks and responsibilities and gift yourself a nourishing week of self care, exploration and relaxation.
Our home for the week will be a 12th century castle! We will immerse ourselves in a piece of French history. Feudal lords and ladies have wandered the halls, and it shows; decorated with antiques, family portraits, and vintage wallpaper. Out on the grounds you’ll discover the private heated swimming pool, the orangery, and terraces for soaking in the views. Wherever you wander, the scenery is picture-perfect. It even comes with its own underground wine cellar! Everyday you will get to relax, unwind and take in the stunning natural surroundings of this beautiful castle!
Each morning will begin with a class to ignite your inner spark! These will be more active and Flow-based, but accessible to all levels. In the evenings, we will end each day with a nourishing practice of Yin or meditation. In between our morning and evening sessions, we will fill our days with exploration and joy. We will eat fresh meals made with local produce, drink delicious french wine, visit local markets and natural swimming spots, go for a hike, relax by the pool, explore lots of castles and create space to simply relax.
