Yoga and mindfulness are proven whole-person practices to aid in self-awareness, decrease stress, and enhance overall mental health. You’ll be gently guided through yoga and mindfulness meditation practices you can continue to use for your own well-being. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Come as you are. Yoga mats provided or bring your own.
$125/per person, includes weekly resources, online practices, and unlimited yoga classes at Bending Bodhi during the duration of the group

Facilitated by Dawn Zitney. Dawn is a Bending Bodhi instructor and has over twenty years' experience working with young adults at UNH as a well-being educator/counselor.
